I have used photographs of my doll and embedded in them the symbols of each country I resided. USSR, Ukraine, Israel, and USA. The colors employed in the digital collage reflect the colors of the flags from each country. The doll's name is Sveta, and it was presented to me by my parents when I was a child. The doll has traveled with me throughout my life, as I moved from country to country, through various politi- cal and economical systems. By re-examining my life through art I am able to find a balance, to refocus my values and to find the center of who I am.
